Turn on the middle arcade machine by dragging ur coins to it. Use the "flippers" that appear on the bottom to sink the boss into the basket

The "three times in a row" objective is different. This is for the "sink into basket" objective. For the the "three times in a row" objective, I just rolled the ball to the left and held the boss and gently pushed the ball up along the side and just keep nudging it up through the hoop and let it fall a little

Basically you have to turn on the "Even Steven" game (the arcade game in the middle of the screen) and keep hitting the boss with the flippers until he flies around the screen and his head gets stuck in the hoop. Does that help you?
