Go to the place where they sell fish ( mikes fish place). Dress the boss as the fisherman, and wait until he throws you 2 fishes. To do that, he has to be standing in front of the place where all the fishes are shown, and wait. When he throws you the fish, tap them both

Do you mean in the fish shop? Let the boss stand in front of the counter until the fish comes towards the screen. Tap the fish to send it back before the screen cracks. Do it twice in a row and you complete the objective.
