Where to find the torch?

First you need to buy the spinning torch from the magic menu (far right weapon button) and then go to the school. Take the bin lid off and stick his head in, then place 1, 2 spinning torches near his body and wait 5 secs and the challenge is completed. I did this, better than doing it normally!
