How do you throw seafood?

While he is holding what he's going to throw at you, swipe it at him.

Once in a while, the boss will hold the fish and try to throw it at you. You have about 2 seconds to touch the fish BEFORE he throws it OR if you have fast reflexes whlie the fish is being thrown towards you, that will cause the fish to hit him instead

That's what I'm stuck on. He keeps throwing it at me! But if u open the bin on the left hand side an octupus appears in there n u can throw that at te boss. But I really can't work out the seafood bit

It took me a while to figure it out but you have to throw the fishy at him before he throws it at you.
