End of the Game?

I want to Know what is the ending? I have no White clouds to explore. Only grey ones. I have already find the whatever lightning Building whos looking like an Alien Laser.

I have the same problem. No way to level up and no new white clouds appearing. Suggestions? I have been saving my rubies for the doctor so wondering if i have to build the canoe makers building. Will that add to my level?

I have THE Same problemen, but I used Some cash to get THE doctor and THE hunter. I also build THE canon maker and completed Some missions where you need gems. But nothing is happening. I think that that is THE end of THE game
