Game stalled cant advance

I have been playing this game for some time now I have two white clouds with lanterns hovering above them they seem to be stalled for some reason can not advance any farther they have been doing this for several days maybe a glitch of some kind what can I do about this ?

Hello, I have the same problem but I have just 1 white cloud which is blocked. I can't continue anymore. Perhaps wait until an update?
