How do I get this? Is this something that will appear when I have reached some level? I am on level 15 now and several times it has said that new items were unlocked but I never see any items unlocking. Thanks!

You have to upgrade your town hall first and then upgrade your market and once both are upgraded you can buy bacon grass in the market
