What do you do about the green liquid in the citadel of Ror-Dan?

Use the wind stone to move the blocks in the poinsonous water into position so you can jump from one to another. Be careful to save after each correct placement, and be careful no to double tap to run. When you get past it the poisonous water disappears and you don't have to worry about going back through it
