Maybe you need to finish all the other quests of your level to get new visitoes? My first guest was the brown seadragon, needs orange straight seaweed. After that came the yellow jellyfish, needs yellow pillow. Im now at level 15 and the white seahorse just came by, you need to grow a bubble coral fully surrounded by rocks to keep it.

I'm at level 25 and have never seen the yellow jelly fish. I don't think the fish are the same for everyone. I have got the red fish first time.
Answer from: Radisli
I think the point is that you have to plant the stuff after you got the quest. So if you plant something before you get the quest it wont "count"

Well, guests come out sometimes when you finish a certain quest and sometimes when you unlock the right plant for a guest, if you are behind on quests, you should finish a lot of quests. If you get a new guest then look at the list to find what they like. I can give you hints for free on here without spending pearls:
Brown Seadragon: Green Straight Seaweed + Orange Straight Seaweed
Green Seahorse: Green Seaweed Cluster
Red Seahorse: Bright Green Bonsai + Green Marine Bonsai
White Seahorse: Rock + Silver Bubble Coral
White Seadragon: White Sea Flower
Yellow Seadragon: Ruby Sea Flower
Yellow Jellyfish: Yellow Pillow
Light Blue Jellyfish: Rose Seabed + Boulder
Pink Jellyfish: Pink Marine Shrub + Pink Sea Blossom
Yellow Octopus: Shell + Rock + Light Green Marine Shrub + Flat Rock
Red Octopus: Red Cirripathes + Lilac Cirripathes
Green Octopus: Green Sea Flower
Orange Octopus: Big Yellow Green Seaweed + Heap of Stones
So that's all. Add me on Nemo's Reef: Ddguffins1
