Getting new rare plants, but no new fish come
I already have 4 rare plants, but only two rare fish came. For the last two rare plants no fish showed up, even after I've got the last plant with the pearls. Does anyone knows why is this happening?

I am fairly new at the game but what i have found is that only some rare plants results in rare fish. Having no control over which plants you get, means you never know!

I have noticed that if the rare plant is a double or triple, you will only get a fish the first time you grow that plant. I have 12 rare plants, but only 5 fish. Most of my rare plants are doubles or triples.

Indeed it seems each rare fish is attracted to a particular rare plant, so to get a new fish, you need to grow a new type of plant, which is only done by chance. Keep planting and good luck! I'm currently trying to plant mystery seeds in the purple areas caused by plant combinations, but it's hard so far to know if this is working due to that method or by chance.

I was freaking out when no new fishes were attracted to my reef. But a comment came up, like the quests do, that you shouldnt have more than one kind of rare plant in your reef at a time.. I had 5 and 6 of the same kind of rare plant, i sold some, and my newest rare plant attracted a orange lionfish. Am on level 20, and have 6 to 7 rare fish. Dnt give up...
