How to bring rare white seashore to the reef?

It just comes randomly, mine came at level 15 but other have said level 18. Have to plant a silver bubble coral and surround it by rocks away from other corals. So an empty place on your reef. Good luck!

Help! I'm trying to complete the challenge of attracting the white seahorse! I have a silver bubble coral, surrounded by rocks, away from other corals (that was a great hint, thanks!), BUT the seahorse still hasn't come!! I tried surrounding with all flat rocks. When that didn't work I surrounded the bubble coral with a variety of flat rocks, heap of stones and a regular rock. What am I missing?!?!

You at track the white seahorse; he comes first, then you have to plant new rocks and bubble coral. I used only 2 pointed rocks; not surrounded under a ledge of a platform and it stayed. Genesis2151
