Question & Answers
White seahorse..?
So everybody said to plant the silver bubble coral with rocks and stones surrounding it, or a brain coral with rocks and stones around it. Iv done both and still haven't actually attracted the white seahorse. He's floating around my reef but I still have a quest saying I need to attract him.. Any advice? Both the brain and silver bubble coral were bought just for this quest. So they aren't ones I already had planted. How long does it take to actually attract the sea horse? I got the quest 2 days ago and planted the things I had to plant 2 days ago.

I planted 2 silver bubble, 2 Rock and 2 flat rocks together. I do not now which rocks work but as soon as the coral were mature, it attracted the white seahorse

Hi. I surrounded 2 silver bubble corals with 7 rocks (the pointy ones) and 10 flat rocks making sure all gaps were filled underneath a ledge. Good luck

You might have to move it- I planted mine on one of the islands - I grew to bubble corals and surrounded them by boulders and flat rocks.
Answer from: BSHeer
I have the silver bubble, and bought some new rocks to go around it. That seemed to work. It did seem to take awhile, from what I remember.....
Answer from: Konilove
You need to make sure your rocks and bubble coral are totally separate from other plants. I moved my rocks and plant to a shelf of the seafloor that was separate and not close to another plants. I also used flat rocks. Also, try rearranging your rocks to surround the bubble coral so that no gaps are around it. Totally enclose the plant. hope you get your sea horse like I did :)

Same here Kendra, but i planted some Rocks and now it stays in my reef

Two rocks and 2 silver bubble corals on one of the platforms should do the trick.

Thank you for the tips, totally works with the bubble corals and rocks, I have been trying to figure this one out for weeks! I used a bubble coral, flat rock, rock, boulder and heap of stones
Answer from: PiPing96
Yes, it is true, just tried it! Grow two silver bubble corals with two rocks and two flat rocks all together.

I only had 2 pointed rocks and 2 silver bubble coral. Like this:

Two rocks and one silver bubble coral planted next to each other did the trick. It would be interesting for someone to try just two rocks and see if that works before adding the silver bubble coral.
Answer from: Gao
After many unsuccessful attempts, I found that placing one silver bubble coral next to one rock(the large four square pointy kind) on a platform with nothing else on the platform or closely surrounding said platform worked. I tried other suggestions on this page which sadly did not work, hopefully you can find something that does!
Answer from: thuchen
I have got about 10 flat rocks, five pointyrocks and two silver bubble coral but it doesn't work out. The white seahorse is usually swimming around that area but is just won't stay...does anyone have any other idea? There is no empty place around the corals anymore.
Answer from: Ajxo
Two rocks with two silver bubble coral on an edge platform by themselves worked for me.
Answer from: Brittany
I planted 2 silver bubble coral and completely surrounded them with a variety of rocks so that it was enclosed. As soon as I did that, the seahorse stayed. Thanks everyone! Kelly Ann, I added you as a friend and visited your reef - it is epic! If anyone wants to add me as a friend, I'm paradisereef715.

I finally got it by planting 2 silver brain corals on a platform, surrounding it on the platform with flat rocks and then placing 3 regular rocks and a bolder not on the platform, but around the perimeter of the platform to kind of block it off
Answer from: Fishyfishy
All I did was plant each kind of rock together off by themselves in a half circle
Answer from: Dustin
I finally got him and I had 3 flat rocks, 3 rocks, 1 boulder, 1 heap of stones (all preexisting) on a platform in a circle by themselves with nothing else nearby....the formation was there for over 10 minutes before he came...ironically I was building a formation elsewhere with silver bubble corals but I got him with just rocks go figure was trying all suggestions for two days

Three rocks and one silver bubble coral attract the white sea horse
Answer from: Mariam
I placed a rock( the pointy one) at the far top right of the reef away. It attracted the white sea horse right away.

After going through everyone's comments here, I planted 2 silver bubble corals and surrounded them with 3 rocks and 4 flat stones. By the time the second coral grew up, that lil bugger started swimming away from the reef and I'm like, come back here. I didn't waste 1400 sand dollars and quite some algae for nothing. He reached the end of the reef and voila! I got the quest complete pop-up. Mr White was troddling around the setup quite happily. So I guess two corals are a must.
Answer from: carebear
The white seahorse is uber irritating. I successfully got him to stay around on another game I had going. On the one I'm playing now, I did the EXACT same thing I did on the other one and he won't stay. I've tried different patterns, different rocks, one silver bubble, two silver bubbles, nothing. I've spent quite a bit of sand dollars buying up various rocks and silver bubble coral (bought at least 10 of those things) + the algae it takes to grow them 10x and he STILL won't stick around. I even went so far, in frustration, as to pay the stupid 8 pearls which hinted to do exactly what I WAS doing. If he simply vanishes, I will be sending Disney Mobile a flustered e-mail lol.

All I did is placed two pointed Rocks and my sea horse stayed, good luck!

Having the same problem as you carebear. I did have him but he dissappeared. planted loads of combinations and places as mentioned above and on other forums but still hasn't come back. ideas would be welcome as think I am about to give up trying to get him.
Answer from: waterlily
Thank you for the suggestions. I already had a silver bubble coral. I had to move another plant, but found a space I could put in some rocks. I moved the silver bubble coral there, then paid for the pointed rock, made sure it was right next to it. I had barely clicked the okay button when the screen went right to mr white seahorse and I captured him. It only took one silver bubble coral and one rock. I was planning to use more, but didn't need to. They are on the edge of the reef with very little around them.
Answer from: Tara
Wow! I have been trying for days to keep the seahorse and the tip above worked for me immediately. One rock at the far top right, that is it.
Answer from: cait
I think you need to actually purchase a pointy rock. I did all of the suggestions, and it finally worked after I bought one instead of using ones o already owned.
Answer from: Zero
All I did was place one "rock" on the upper right platform. That did the trick.
Answer from: Evan
I plant one Silver Bubble Carol under a platform, as it all grown up then I bought one rock and places it nearby that carol, and it works to attract White Seahourse.
Answer from: Angelica
I just need one silver bubble coral and one rock, place next to each other
