How many levels are there? Do you ever win the game?

I would say once you get all the friends, rare fish, and guests, you will be done with the game. I doubt it would end though.

I saw someone was on level 27, which is the highest I've seen. They added new content the other day, which was good, I had a few tasks to do in level 20 besides just harvest and plant and wait for leveling up.

I'm on level 28 but looking at what's available yet, it at least goes to level 31. I still have a lot of friends, rare fish & guest fish to get yet.

I have friends who are at level 33 and I am sure it goes at least another 3-4 levels as they have not gotten Gill yet.
