The Envy of all quest.. HELP??

I'm stuck at the quest: the envy of all.. I tried green seaweed (and lots of 'm) but the quest is still up.. Does anyone know how to solve this quest caise I kinda want to move on now... Thank you!!

Apparently a green seaweed cluster, under ornamental for 100 sand dollars.. I'm trying it now :-)
