I had the same problem. You have to contact Disney and file a report be sure you have the confirmation and date that you bought the pearls. They eventually credited my pearls you may have to file twice. I hope this helps you and others.

Same thing happened to me. i have contacted Disney 3 times & they have not fixed the problem. its been 7 days & no response from Disney. dont buy any pearls, you may get ripped off!
