Question & Answers
Missing and reappearing quest
I'm going crazy, same thing happened to me, I planted loads of rare plants for the one challenge, then opened 8/10 chests, then it disappeared yesterday now today it showed up and does not show any of the items I had completed and I have to start from scratch? This is not the first time, I'm getting frustrated!

Same thing has happened to me. I grew the 15 rare plants and it only shows that 3 grew. I have them all in one patch so it's plain to see the 15 plants. Is there a complaint email address. I also completed the other quest and have got those fish with no problem.

Same thing happen to me, I sent an email to the customer service website listed if you go into your settings on the game. I received an automatic reply email saying someone would get back to me within three days, which is tomorrow, so we shall see. If that happens, AND if they fix it?

One of mine stayed the same, but on one quest I lost all progress made! I'm not even trying on that one anymore. They keep messing with this game, and then it's worse.

Update: I did indeed receive a response as promised from Disney customer service via email, and while they were unable to adjust the quest to reflect my lost rare plant count, they instead credited me pearls to aid in regrowth toward the quest goal. So it was a success! Apparently when the homework quest from mr. Ray appeared the day after starting the quest for rare fish there was a glitch and the rare fish progress got deleted.
