Game not loading

For several weeks now every time I try to play it says "connecting to server" but then never starts. I had this same problem with another one of my kids' ipods but seemed to eventually start working again after a few weeks but so far thats not happening this time . It seems like maybe the problem occurred after I updated it, like it crashed or something? Confused and wondering what I can do.

This game is freezing up all the time. Once I get in and it lets me play, I cannot visit another reef or go to my nursery because it freezes again. I have attended to get on today, but after 25 tries, I am fretting very frustrated with this game.

I ve never had any problems before, but today the game had new content. So i started it, game is connected with server but then it closes automatically, no loading new content. Hope it starts when i try later. I really want the yellow pyjama fish! Missed it earlier

I have the same problem. Said new content available which failed to download. Crashed out and now can't get on at all. Very cross. Email sent to Disney. Will advise of response when I get one.

Update - prompt response from Disney (within 24 hours). They have requested lots of information which I have sent. Let's hope they can restore my reef. Will update again in due course.

If on Apple, this has happened to me before a few times. I deleted the app, went back to app store, and go to purchased apps, go to nemo, and do a reinstall. Important to go to purchased apps and do this. It has brought my reef back intact.
