Can you or can you not ride a donkey with a corrot on a string?

You can ride a donkey. You select the carrot with a string then tap on the donkey

Once you have crafted the Craft Bench (costs one stick and one dirt) upgrade it to level 2 for one limestone, which can be found near stone. You will need a flax which can be found in bushy-like plants called Flax Plants. It is best to use a machete to cut the flax plant because it will produce more flax. Make sure it has matured before destroying it. Then bring the flax back to the craft bench and make the string, which this should take a couple minutes. Then get a carrot, which spawn near the equator and beachy areas. Also get a stick, you can destroy the leaves of a tree for sticks. Finally take them back to the craft bench and craft Carrot on a Stick. This should take a little shorter than the string. Donkeys can be found in the beachy areas or by the west equator. They like carrots and spawn around them. Tap the carrot on a stick and then the donkey to ride him.
