Every description for the limited edition mermaids have hints as to who you need in order to call them. For instance the Aquarius mermaid needs to be called with the stinger mermaid, and the twinkle tail mermaid. All limited edition mermaids come with a 12 hour call time, and 6 hour arrive time.
