"save me" and gems
I dont understand how that works? I had about 18 gems, and so I used the "save me" option 3 times. And then it just wouldn't work anymore. So I lost at that point, obviously, however, when I checked the upgrades section, i still had around 12 gems left. So why wouldn't the "save me" option work anymore?

The first time you die, it costs 1 gem to "Save Me." The second time you die, it costs 2 gems to "Save Me." The third time, it costs about 4 or 8 gems, and so on and so on. Long story short, the more you die, the more gems it costs. So even though you had 12 gems, you didn't have enough to be saved. At that point, since you already saved yourself a few times, it costed 14 gems, and you only had 12.
