Alright here is what you need very easy:

Curly brown hair you got from Lily level 4
Eyeliner that comes with the game
Pink glossy cheap lipstick
Star earings that I think comes with the game
3 * star necklace from previous models
Light blue eyes in begining of eye section I believe
2 golden ring bracelet with square pattern if you look close up
Black clutch purse with white line pattern and sparkly where you hold it
Black dress with red bow tied around waist and while lines on bottem of dress leading up
Red satin high heels that cost 4 dollars :( they are like dark red
