This was a tough one but finally got it and got 3 stars:-)

Clothes
3 star tank top (anchors on it)
Blue a nd white striped cover up (anchor on it)
Expensive jeans with the silver stars on the hip area
3 star sneakers

Make up
Dark pink eye shadow (expersive, towards the end of the selections)

No jewerly
I used short light blond hair but received 0 points on it so thinking any hair will do

Lora Ann- When you say expensive dark pink eye shadow do you mean the one that costs 14 cash, the pink with a little yellow in the middle, or the plain pink one? And is that the makeup you used? I have the latter two pink eye shadows but no matter what I do it says "Fail" for makeup every time! I'd appreciate any help, thank you!

Cyyr- Lora Ann said the dark pink eye shadow towards the back of the selections. the last pink eye shadow i could find in the store (I am also stuck on this level) was the one that costs 14 cash. I hope this helps!

I got 3 stars!:

Top: tank top with anchors on them(three star item)
Blue and white cover up with red anchor
Bottom:plain denim shorts
Makeup: none
Shoes:green and grey converse whith some white and blue(three star item)
Accessories:silver charm bracelet

It took me forever. I just did it randomly because I was tired of this level. I can't believe It actually worked.

-brown curly reverse ombre hair (0 points, i dont think hair really matters)
-no makeup
-orange/brown patterened set of 4 bracelets (not too expensive)
-red/pinkish large bag(cheap)
