Does anyone have problems with energy?

I think that when you come back, it has already been two minutes and you have gotten one more energy thingy, so for example if you have 3 energy things, and there's 2:00 (2 minutes) until the next energy thing, then you exit the app. 2 minutes later, you open the app again and now you have 4 energy things with 5 minutes until the next energy thing. Otherwise I don't really know. The app isn't too glitchy. Oh and if you want to speed up the time until the next energy thing, you can tap those items in the street (trashcans, birds, boxes) and get money and xp. When you collect the money and/or xp the time will go like maybe around 5 seconds faster. Sorry that it's so long!!

Nope, when you go out, after a certain period of time, the time for more energy stretches to 18 mins(or so(:)

You get a new energy bolt every 5 minutes. Each level up adds another energy to the bar when it charges up. When you tap on things, you can get extra energy faster. Hope this helps!
