Why can't I date people I've flirted with?

I'm an A lister and have made contacts with lots of A/B listers (both as colleagues and flirted with different people) but don't have the option to date or work with any of them nor do they appear in my contacts.. What's going on? :-/

In order to date/work with someone you have to go to the location where you want to work with them/date them. In the location will be a heart with a + sign (for dating) or a person with a + sign (for coworking) click on it. Then scroll through your contacts and pick who you want to date/work with.

You can't work with some u have flirted with cause apparantly ur dating that contact and it won't be professional . That what happened to me I broke up with the contact ages ago and they still think I'm dating him even though I'm dating someone else.
