To be Charlene's Client
In Charlene's d list quest, once you reach the d list she asks you to find a star and get permission to go to his party, if you only chat with him and not charm him he ignores you and leaves. That's what I did, since I didn't want to wast my charm I only chatted with him. Now I can't talk to Charlene. Will I ever get another chance to be her client? Or should I start over?

I hope it's not too late and you actually started over because that is not true, I only chatted as well and I am now the number one star so no you do not need to start over, you will continue to get quests as time goes on. Hope I saved you from ruining your game :)
