I haven't got any job/profession/designation?

Hello, I'm sure someone can answer me here : thanks to Kim, I've just learnt that I have no little circle with my "job" when I visit friends. All my friends have got one, (lightning, money coin, camera or star) and I don't! Do you know why? (if it can help, my "Blocks" game never worked for me in the game, neither.) I've got the Christmas version. Is there something to do? Thanks for your answers, and hello to my friends (my code today is 5ukfcy if you want to add me and see my problem)

Hi Juju, the no profession and blocks not working are both symptoms of a very serious crash in the game. Have you ever lost all your progress and been sent back to level 1? You should contact G5 directly, and list these two problems, to see if they can help you. Submit a ticket using the link on the FAQ for this game. I'd say they are the only ones that can help you with this. The only solution I can offer is a drastic one (completely remove game from device and download again, which will result in you losing all your progress) and I am not sure it will even fix the problem. Sorry I don't have any more positive suggestions, maybe someone else here does, but in the mean time you should definitely contact G5.

Thank you for your answer, even if it is not so good for me. I already had one big crash last summer, and I lost all my objects in collectionsb (nothing left, not even a little ladybug.) but I kept my level (very hard to continue playing though, without any objects) Have you ever heard of G5 really doing something for players? (I'm not very confident because I'm not sure they care about players that downloaded a free game.) But I'm ready to follow your advice, of course. Have a nice day

I'm not sure to be honest. I've only contacted them once, and the issue was resolved. But that was the first time the game completely broke and wouldn't open after an update. Their response was wait for a new update that they are rushing to fix the crash, and two weeks later it appeared (the Oct. 2nd update). I think they get a lot of requests a day, and are very slow working through them. But yours is a serious problem (not a request about gifts), so I think there is no harm in trying. The key would be to send them an excessively long explanation of what's going on, starting with the original crash that caused you to lose everything. The more detailed you are, the less likely their first real response (after initial automated 'we got your request') will be 'have you tried turning it off and on again' type response (which I am sure is the solution 99% of the problems they receive so I am not knocking them for that). It's just with such a long response time it is better to skip those steps and get to the real problem solving. It's a shame your original crash happened a long time ago, but perhaps your device might still have a crash log saved of it? It is worth looking through settings to see, as sending something like a crash log could really help them pin point what happened, and fins solution quicker. Good luck anyway, I hope you do get it sorted, and I guess on the bright side you can still play (apart from blocks) so that is something.

I had the same crash Juju, and so have 2 other gamefriends in my list. I have a request running at the zendesk from g5 since the halloween update. The more people that report about this issue, the bigger the chance they will fix it. Actually they said I had to await the present update to see if the problem persists, and it does. So I will report it to them again. Because I also had a request about the blocks and they did fix that, I still have hope for a fix of our unemployment. When you send a request, and a request number, check the status of it regularly. When they reply you have to answer within 4 days, otherwise your request gets lost. They dont always send a email in time with the change of status, so really do check the site as I said. Sometimes it feels like they rather shake us off and you have to be really persistend. In spite of it being so difficult, I really hope you will join me in the request!

I feel less alone, now, thanks! I will do what you say, but can you tell me how to complain to G5? I'm not very familiar with android, because I play on my boyfriend's tablet (and maybe it's different for me because I play with the french version.)

If you google 'g5 games secret society' the official G5e website for the game will be one of the first results. Scroll down past the video and description of the game and near the bottom of the page is a link to 'troubleshooting Q&A'. There is a blue banner at the top of the FAQs page, and the third tab along it is 'submit a request'. This is where you can submit your issue.
