Answer from: Red Dawn
Try to get one if each sniper/medic/breacher/radio/saw and while doing that make sure they are from same country. This will give you a +5/+5 for a total if +10 in team rating which boosts all your stats. So far I've kept to this rule thumb and I am at 315/6 victory/defeat.
Answer from: SAS
I've have 368 victories and 78 defeats. All soldiers are elite. Two snipers for taking out targets before they can reach the mission area. (I typically use the laser sight perk) Two medics with a good all around skill set, but with a large health bonus. (I use the advanced medic perk). My Team Commander is high in damage, health and defence for quick mission area captures and long defensive periods. I find that two medics and a Team commander are excellent for defending the mission area and can take out multiple targets in quick succession, as well as holding out for long periods of time. I also use one Saw Gunner for suppressing fire and to also engage multiple targets. I find that with an Elite Saw Gunner in the correct position, he can deliver immense fire power to allow the Team medics and commander to take the mission area with relatively low resistance. A perk that I typically use for the entire team is the Explosive ammo perk. It works great for dealing with hostiles quickly and causes a lot of damage, as well as usually causing a lot of critically wounded targets rendering the other team vulnerable. Hope this helps!
