You go to volcano island and flick the fast pygmy into the volcano trust me .i had troubles with this one too :)

Go to the island that you can change pygmy's then make fast pygmy, go to sand island and flick the fast pygmy into the volcano.then you will get one of the episode tasks (hint:in case you don't make that fast pygmy go in the volcano easily,make six fast pygmy's. sorry i don't know how to write pygmys

All you do is flick the fast pygmy into the volcanoe (make a few pygmies if your no so good at flicking or aimer) :) good luck
