Make the queen produce a bunch of locusts, but don't do anything with them. Continue feeding the queen instead and leave the locusts alone. After about two minutes the locusts will get bored and leave the screen. You will then get the achievement for ADD.

Create the locusts but don't use them. They will leave after a while

Just create the locusts without any pygmys in the area. Make sure you dont make the locusts do anything, and they'll leave after a minute or so.
