Try putting one of the other types of pygmys in the cage. ( fast, baby, ginger, old). Or keep giving the pygmys a balloon and see if that works.

Yeah, just give the pygmy a balloon, stop wait for his answer. Sometimes he says something different so, just feed him another balloon. Or you could just have loads of pygmies balloons and then you'll get the anwer quicker :)
