Just like everyone else said, the door in the Locust Chamber right under the second door: the entrance to the Dance Chamber. There you'll see the Plauge room. Try to see what happens if you put them in the fountain and then taking them out and don't touch them for a while, it's gross but interesting. After that is another door, I call it the Frozen Sanitizer room. Pygmys get healed and they become clean if you throw them in the fountain, but once you take them out they're very suspicious.
