Put a pygmy on the shackles, a pygmy on the drums and wheel then lit the torches on fire using lightning make sure dance is on and then wind the pygmy up by making circles around him untill the skulls turn yellow then make the pygmys dance

Thats easy. all you do is make it night, turn it to cloudy, zap the torches,put a pygmy on the winch and drum and make a spinning motion with your finger until the pygmy is strethched and tap the bottom of the screen a lot
