Go to the island with the outhouse and wait until a pygmy goes into it. once another pygmy starts waiting outside, wait about three seconds and then tap the outhouse door three times. the pygmy outside should start making a constipated face and the one on the inside will flush and exit; then, the pygmy outside goes in and you have the achievement.

You have to put a pygmy into the bathroom, and make another pygmy wait to go in. when the pygmy waiting is about to explode you open up the bathroom door, and let him in

Make a pygmy go to the bathroom in time by knocking the door so the other pygmy gets out and the one doing pee, enters.
