In the run game, after you had run long enough, there is a big stone will start sliding down, jump to it, make sure head pygmy head hit it.

On the runs mini games when you get the point the ceiling starts coming down, i got there around 10988 oogles just jump and kill your self on the ceiling

Just run down into the hell cave and run. in a little while sometimes after some jumos a wall comes down on you. just jump and hit your head. that's it ;)
