Put the pygmy in the igloo with the fish, then tap the igloo.

This is very simple just follow the directions
1. go to ice island
2. catch a fish (yes you can catch swordfish here, but you need the regular blue kind!)
3. open igloo and drop the fish in it
4. drop pygmy in the igloo
5. wait about 4-5 seconds and touch the igloo
6. that causes the pygmy inside to fly out the top hole!
