I have figured it out. Do the fired pygmy in the hole thingy. when you have a gust of water will shoot out with spikes of ice. make sure a pygmy gets hit.

You burn a pygmy and drop it in the hole

If one of your pygmie isn't already burnt to to t Rex island and click the campfire the pygmies will build it them selfs bring out the storm clouds and strike the logs with lightning then hold a pygmie over the fire for about 5 seconds then he turns out burnt put him in the middle of the island then go to the iceberg island add 6 pygmies drop the roasted pygmie in and woala you make ice geyser
