How do you do flying out of control

Make sure you have the bird icon and storm icon on then when the bird is flying by, produce a hurricane. hope this helps ^_^

They're all right, but to create a hurricane, (just in case you don't know how) get the storm clouds and just keep drawing a circle and you'll create a hurricane, but with a bird. if you need a wet hurricane, go under water and make a circle as well.
