I think you go to any island and turn it to night time. after the pygmies dream click on the turtle. i hope that helps :)

Go to an area other than misfit island and put the pygmies to sleep. once they are asleep, click on their turtle dream.

This is probably more clear:
go to any island besides the misfit island. next, turn day to night or sunset to night and wait until the pygmies are asleep. once they are asleep, wait until a cloud (their dream) pops up with a turtle, then click the cloud and continue on with the challenge! have fun and good luck!

Do not go to the misfit island and go to some other island besides that. turn day to night and wait for the pygmies to sleep. if one of the pygmies dreams is a turtle, click on it.
