What does "it will give you ulcers" mean? what do i do?

Go to the ice island, melt a hole in the ground by enlarging the sun and setting a pygme on fire, let another pygme go fishing in the hole and get a swordfish, then finally: allow the pygme to eat the fish and it will get an ulcer.

In this episode, once you open the ice hole using a flaming pygmy, if you put the fishing pole near the icehole then pygmies will fish out of the hole instead of the ocean. they will catch swordfish instead of regular fish. slap the pygmies (sleeping and awake) like a fish then have a pygmy eat the swordfish. the pygmy will get an "ulcer" and die.

Go to the ice island, then pinch the sun to make the pygmys catch on fire. they will melt a hole in the ice. if they dont, go the the island menu bar and tap the ice hole icon. then you use the fishing pole to catch a swordfish in the ice hole and make the pygmy eat it

Make a hole in the ice bymaking the sun as big as it can go so its really hot.then when a pygmy is on fire a hole will appear in the ice.then drag the fishing rod near the ice hole so a pygmy will grab it and fish in the hole then sometime a pygmy will catch a sword fish and w8 until a pygmy eats the sword fish and its nose will stab outta the pygmys stomach and theres ya information.
