Make a pygmy use te bathroom then at the last second when one pygmy is waiting for the stall let him use the bathroom befor he bursts

In the area with the outhouse, have a pygmy go inside it, and one wait outside, when the outside one starts panicking, make the other one go out so the panicky one can go in

Go to an island with an outhouse. then, when one of the pygmies is inside,wait until another one is waiting. (they do tend to take a while in the outhouse.) when the one waiting looks frantic, knock on the door so that the one waiting can go in.
