Look around town. there are places to go where you can learn lessons (play guitar, cooking etc.) find the class for charisma and go, the more charisma, the easier to make friends! also try getting the lifetime rewards with learning another's trait! that makes things easier!

On the ipod/iphone, it works differently. just simply talk romantically to them until they are your partner. then scroll down on the 'be romantic' option and woohoo should be an option. this works with all sexes.

Once you have made someone your good friend, you can never be anything more than friends. you can use some romantic actions on them, but that's as far as you can go.

All you need to do is when you start the game and meet someone you want to have a relationship with, get to friends level and NOTHING higher. Once you reach the friend level click the person, press humor and choose flirty joke. You have to continue on choosing romantics and soon you will be budding romance

NEVER get to the best friend stage or the good friend! if you already have gotten there be rude and make them your enemys. then you need to start from the beggining and make them friends then flirt, tell flirty joke, pick up line. When you are at the partener stage you should be able to woohoo if you go on be romantic then scroll down. If your character is a sleaze to woohoo 8 times in a day do it on a sturday or on a sunday sp you have alot of time and do not have to go to work.
