It's in the store, by the medicine. It's the pink stuff in the syringe. Give it to one of the parents to increase their chances of having a baby. But don't use it more than once, because then the chances will decrease.

If the couple that you have is having trouble having babies, you buy the Baby Booster from the store in 'Food and Medicine' and give it to them to help increase the chances of having a baby
