Cracks on floor?

How can I fix the cracks on the floor? I put the person on the crack but he/she doesn't do anything about it!

You have to buy the floor repair in the extra tab in the store and drop it on the floor where the crack is then drop your person on the crack again and they will fix it but you need to drop them on the crack a couple of times for it to fully dissapear
