Always A Bit Blue

I only have two people at the moment and they are slowly getting kind of old, but anyways, they're both always "a bit blue" and I don't know if there is anyway to change it?

You have to have kids and by a tv and a pet give them a energy drink so it gets their mind off of it and they will become hyper
