I have the 8 pioneers but nothing is happening. what do i do next?

Ok to pass roman mission 3 you must click on the cart sand touch the flag icon it will auto fill the cart then just put the cart where it says so

The solution to this problem lies in the very beginning of the level. Make sure to build your Waterworker's Hut near a RIVER, not near the ocean. As soon as you see it producing buckets of water, the game will continue after the part where your Pioneers are tained. :-)
