Gold worries and finding it hard
My gold mine won't produce gold even tho it have food

On which level u r ?
check that u have pickaxe & free settlers.
see that u have build the goldmine at the sameplace where u have find the gold resources.
if the resources are less then it won't produce for long time.
still it don't produce then distroy the building & rebuild or restat the level.
