Cross fingers stucked

I've purchased mobigames crossfingers and i already earned 13 stars, i've to switch off my iphone4 to activate my mobile data network, after i switch on back my mobile the game didn't work no more and if i re-install the game all my finished levels will be lost, what's wrong and how to solve this problem?
