How to redeem set 33 for 2012
Since this set has 10 frogs it will not redeem even if u have all 10 frogs. How do i figure out how to be able to redeem it?

I am having the same problem. Think it is a game bug. Hopefully they will put out an update before the next set comes out!! ;(

Tap "get new set" and an 8 frog set will appear. The 10 frog set can't be redeemed on iOS or android.

I had the same problem I had all ten frogs but it wouldn't see two of them. I asked for the next set and it reloaded (I'm up-to-date with my sets) then it saw all 10 frogs and I could redeem them. I hope this helps.

Tried what listersgirl suggested and it DIDN'T reload the 10 frog set, so I've lost all that 'effort' ... moving on ...
