Does anyone know why the ship is stuck?

Does anyone know why the ship is stuck at the dock permanently for the last few days? Normally it comes and goes. I really enjoy this game and I don't want to quit. I worked so hard and spent so many days and hours to earn all my rewards. I guess it's time to find another hobby.
