Cleaning friends island

I have had this game on my droid and cleaned my friends islands all the time. Now, I have changed over to an iPhone. Everything is great, better except that I can not clean my friends island!! I'd love to do it, but over the last 4 days I not allowed to unless I haves new friend. Please help!!
